Job Description :

Mandatory Skills :

- Should have great communication skills.

- Should have had customer handling skills.

- Should be willing to work in shifts

- Should be able to understand and work in the Agile model in development / enhancements

- Should be good in Core HR, Absence Management, BI Publisher, EBS, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Compensation/Combination of 1-2 modules in these is desired

- Should have had technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Reports building and modification, Interfaces, Data Migration, Developing HCM Extracts, fast formulae, HDL loading.

- Should be in Fusion HCM exclusively

- Should have good customer handling skills & excellent communication skills in english both written and verbal.
