Product Manager

Responsibilities :

- You will have front-row seats to a high-growth start-up's journey.

- Right from high-level strategy discussions, to consumer research and problem definition, to scoping out product requirements, driving execution, and tracking metrics - you will play a key role in building end-to-end products.

You will be responsible for end-to-end product metrics. This will include :

1. Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.

2. Launch new products and features and guide their go-to-market strategy

3. Obsessively track product metrics, evaluate performance, and iterate quickly.

4. Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, UX, and Category teams to deliver products that delight customers

Requirements :

This role is right for someone who is smart, learns fast, works hard, and wants to grow. Some things we are looking for :

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

2. Experience working with consumer products at scale. E-commerce product experience preferred.

3. Self-starter attitude with high ownership

4. Good communication and stakeholder management skills

5. B.Tech. from a reputed university
