Product and Growth Associate


Responsibilities :


- You will have front-row seats to a high-growth start-up's journey. If you get excited about building products from scratch and creating real-world impact at scale, this role is for you.


- Right from closely tracking metrics and doing consumer research for problem definition, to scoping out product requirements, to driving execution, customer acquisition, and engagement - you will play a key role in end-to-end product and growth.

You will be responsible for product and growth metrics. This will include :

- Build dashboards and tracking tools based on business requirements, and use them to constantly track the end-to-end user funnel of acquisition > activation > engagement > retention.

- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth and constantly use different research methodologies to stay on top of user feedback.

- Manage the launch of new product features and guide their go-to-market strategy.

- Obsessively track product metrics, evaluate performance, and iterate quickly. Perform analyses to come up with key insights for product and growth.

- Own strategy and execution of customer acquisition, activation, and retention via multiple channels SEO, like social media advertising, Google ads, affiliates, email campaigns, SMS campaigns etc., working closely with the marketing team.

- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, UX, and Category teams to deliver products that delight customers.

Requirements :

- This role is right for someone who is smart, learns fast, works hard, and wants to grow. Some things we are looking for:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and come up with actionable insights, using different tools such as Clevertap, Mixpanel, Firebase, GA etc.

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels

- Experience working with consumer products at scale. E-commerce product/growth experience preferred.

- Self-starter attitude with high ownership

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- 1-4 years of experience as a product/growth analyst or performance marketing analyst in a high-growth B2C business.
