About:

Furrl is an early stage startup building the next generation of fashion e-commerce through a clutter-breaking discovery platform for D2C creators and brands. We are attacking the 100 billion dollar D2C market in India by creating a one stop shop for consumers to discover, validate and purchase these lakhs of independent brands and creators in India, in a way that is personalized and effective at scale.

The Founder is an IIT Kanpur and Harvard Business School alum, who has built several businesses ground up within large and small organisations including ITC and Myntra. Most recently, she was Partner at Entrepreneur First, an early stage VC, where she built a portfolio of 42 startups in the country.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

- Market research to map out the independent D2C brand ecosystem in fashion, lifestyle, and beauty and identify target brands.

- Outreach to target brands to bring them on board the platform

- Setting up systems and processes for smooth onboarding of brands

- Working with brands on selection and cataloging on the platform

- Working with the tech team to ensure the right systems are in place for onboarding and tracking brands.

- Constant metric tracking to ensure brands' success on the platform

Requirements :

- This role is right for someone who is smart, learns fast, works hard and wants to grow. Some things we are looking for:

- 4-8 years of category eCommerce experience, preferably in Fashion

- A basic understanding of the D2C ecosystem and a keen eye for identifying new and exciting brands.

- Excel skills required the ability to do basic analysis and data management on Excel.

- Some experience with outbound sales is desirable.

- Self-starter with high ownership qualities

- Ability to be credible in front of brands and build lasting relationships
