About the Company:
An early stage ecommerce venture based in Hyderabad, founded by ISB/IIM alumnus and a serial tech entrepreneur with track record of successful startups.
Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a person experienced in utilizing online and social media marketing tools to cultivate and grow customers.The position reports to the CEO and will focus on driving strategies for customer acquisition through improved online traffic and conversions, as well as customer engagement and retention.
- Strong hands on experience with Facebook PPC, SEM, Display Advertising, Affiliate Networks, Email Marketing, SEO and Content.
- Devise and implement a robust digital marketing plan that covers all digital channels (Facebook, Google, Display, Email, Affiliates, SEO) to help increase traffic multi-fold
- Take full ownership of entire marketing funnel and metrics (Activation, Retention, Engagement and Conversion)
- Well versed with content creation; should be able to manage, guide and mentor content, search and email teams
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and achieving market share
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated excellence as a digital marketer, ideally in an eCommerce environment, and handled budgets and teams
- Must have strong understanding of effective marketing strategies across all major digital and offline media channels.
- The ideal candidate would have experience in setting-up online marketing for a B2C eCommerce company from scratch
