All of our furniture is designed in-house by experts. Our furniture is inspired by the Indian urban user and how they live in their homes. Our designs are user-led and inspired by their evolving needs and growing lifestyle.

We don't just give furniture. We provide decor, accessories and appliances as well. So, with a simple click, one can furnish their entire home, room or corner without traversing multiple stores or websites at a fraction of the time, effort and cost.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive business expansion, revenue growth, and market share.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize growth initiatives and develop implementation plans.

- Evaluate and assess potential partnerships, acquisitions, or strategic alliances to support growth objectives.

- Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of growth initiatives.

- Work closely with product teams to identify product enhancements or new product development opportunities that align with growth objectives.

- Monitor and evaluate industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to proactively identify potential risks or opportunities.

- Prepare and present growth strategy plans, progress reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

- Prior knowledge of handling marketplace will be an added advantage.

- Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and user experience.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in business administration, D2C Ecommerce Growth and strategic planning

- MBA / Bachelor's degree from premium Tier 1 college preferred.

- Knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology trends is a must

- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.

- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate complex ideas and build stakeholder relationships.

- Highly conversant with Google sheets and Google Presentations.

- A solid understanding of financial metrics and the ability to analyze financial data to make informed business decisions.

- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with different departments.
