Fundraising Lead - Early Stage Fund

Our client, a global early-stage fund with a presence across multiple geographies

The Role:

As a part of the core team for India and building an ecosystem of funds, investors for follow on rounds of funding of its portfolio companies

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end responsibility for local investor relations and portfolio fundraising.

- Build and own existing and new relationships with the early-stage investment ecosystem in India to match the needs of the portfolio companies.

- Support the founders for all things finance, capital management, fundraising, valuation, term sheets and deal-making etc.

Skill Set required:

- Finance or fundraising experience in a high-growth company or at a financial institution such as a venture capital fund or investment bank

- Strong understanding of the seed funding process in the Indian tech ecosystem

- Experience building a local network of investors including angels, VCs etc.
