We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in fund operations to lead operations, compliance and reporting for our upcoming debt funds in India.

Our family of funds, is tailor-made for Asia's Digital SMEs through heavy usage of technology at all stages of the investment process. Our first fund is fully raised and deployed. We are now setting up new funds in India and UAE respectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-career professional in fund operations seeking to accelerate their career growth by leading fund operations for multiple funds across multiple geographies and witnessing the end-to-end journeys of various funds. You will work directly with pioneers in the debt fund industry in India.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements under all fund regimes that Klub's funds operate in, starting with India and UAE (e.g SEBI reporting, FSRA reporting)

- Work with fund administrators to ensure accurate and transparent accounting, reporting, and auditing at all times.

- Build processes for investment and cash management (e.g. disbursement tracking, treasury activities) and embody strong custodianship of Fund LPs' capital to optimise their returns.

- Respond quickly and accurately to queries from the Fund LPs (e.g., NAV, statement of account) to create a best-in-class LP experience.

- Managed a small team of associates responsible for day-to-day fund operations. Invest in their professional development and growth.

Expectations:

- 5+ years' work experience in fund operations of a credit fund, wherein you have managed compliance and reporting (NAV, SoA). Must have experience leading fund operations in at least one of India or UAE.

- High attention to detail and ability to ensure the accuracy of information by setting up suitable systems and processes.

- Strong written communication skills, including writing brief, to-the-point, and actionable emails to internal and external stakeholders.

- Comfort with numbers, Microsoft Excel, financial modelling and projections. Should be able to undertake complex calculations and simulations.

- Exceptional project management skills, including managing multiple threads simultaneously and providing visibility to managers through trackers, updates, etc.
