Job Description - It's a fund administrative role focusing on reporting aspect.

Description:

- Prepare, analyze, and disseminate financial and operational information for the Private Equity, Credit fund and Hedge fund.

- Prepare regular financial reports, manage the fund's capital call and distribution processes, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

- Collect and analyze financial data from various sources and prepare periodic reports for investors and stakeholders

- Present the fund's performance and financial position to the stakeholders

- Ensure the reports are accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Tracking the capital calls for cash received from different investors and updating the same in Investran using User provided allocation rule

- Format and upload non-investment journal entries into Investran

- Review and maintain fund-wise data like periodic NAV, commitment & uncalled commitment in Everest tool's NAV panel

- Extract trial balance and general ledgers for Geneva close packages for month-end close

- Prepare distribution journal entries based on the distribution tracker and upload to Investran

- Match the book value and fair value after adding all activities for the quarter with the financial statements and port summary

- Prepare quarterly flagship estimates files. Inclusive of NAV one-page prep summarizing QTD PNL (by type), equity activity and ending NAV

- Create quarterly ILPA template with LP and fund-specific data in the standard ILPA template

- Review, format and upload monthly fund close entries impacting assets, liabilities, income and expenses extracted from Geneva to Investran tool

- Coversant with the use of Datawarehouse to extract ETL data and report on IRR, MOIC and NAV for the funds

- Load historical data for ATE/Everest panel upload

Profile:

Someone with 3-7 years of experience in relevant domain with prior experience at a private equity and/or hedge fund

Great Communication skills.

Should be great in MS Excel.
