Fund Manager - NBFC/Bank

Responsibilities to include :

- Undertake Investments in securities including debentures, security receipts, etc

- Conduct periodic valuations and monitor progress on existing and new investment made

- Prepare investor reports, newsletter and periodic representations to senior management and at requisite forums

- Highlight red flags/deviations early in the investment cycle

- Identify areas/processes to improve day to day working amongst internal stake holders - (Asset Management, Legal, Operations & Risk teams)

- Liaisoning with external parties including Developers, DM Partners, Co-Lenders, Consultants, Rating agency, etc

- Generate market intelligence on the client group impacting existing portfolio and highlight any stress foreseen in the assigned portfolio in near future Key Requirements:

- Real Estate Lending/Investment experience of 08-15 years with NBFC/Fund/Bank

- Working knowledge of Real Estate markets of Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai / Delhi-Noida-Gurgaon.

- Strong analytical and people management skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel for complex financial models & Data analysis.

- Proficient in making MS Presentations.
