Location: Mumbai.

Job Summary:

The Family Office Fund Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the investment activities and financial affairs of the family office.

This role involves developing investment strategies, managing portfolios, conducting due diligence on investment opportunities, and ensuring the financial objectives of the family are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Strategy and Management:.

- Develop and implement the overall investment strategy.

- Manage and oversee a diversified investment portfolio, including equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity, and alternative investments.

- Conduct thorough research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Risk Management:.

- Assess and manage investment risks to align with the group risk tolerance and financial goals.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with investment policies and guidelines.

Reporting and Communication:.

- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance and investment activities.

- Communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.

- Maintain transparency and build trust with team through regular updates and consultations.

Compliance and Legal:.

- Ensure all investment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

- Coordinate with legal and tax advisors to address any legal or tax-related issues.

Leadership and Team Management:.

- Lead and manage a team of investment professionals and analysts.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications.

Education:.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.

- Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, CAor similar) is highly preferred.

Experience:.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in wealth management, investment banking, private equity, or a similar field.

- Proven track record of managing large, diversified portfolios.

Skills and Abilities:.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical standards.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership and team management capabilities.

Technical Proficiency:.

Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools.

Familiarity with investment management software and platforms.
