Fund Investments & Deployment Manager - Real Estate

- Responsible for Investments related to Real Estate fund launched by a leading Real Estate Player in South India

- Evaluate core investment/new development opportunities with detailed financial models, investment cases, preparation of term sheets (outright purchase/joint development/joint venture/land lease business models)

- Work with Real Estate Developers, Landlords, Govt Agencies, Investors, Banks/FIs, UHNIs, NRIs, and execute investment transactions

- Handling the entire Asset Management process post deployment of fund

- Determine the optimal investment structure and negotiate the acquisition terms and costs. Asset classes of interest: Greenfield residential, commercial office and mixed-use opportunities.

- Conduct financial feasibility to ensure the opportunity meets the company's investment criteria and prepare investment cases for Board approval.

- Coordinate the financial and legal due diligence and spearhead the legal documentation process.

- Lead in the initial stage of the project implementation, through market study and market research.

- Liaise with various market participants including intermediaries, market research agencies, property valuers, legal and tax consultants.
