Fund Accounting Role - Investment Banks/Consulting/Private Equity Firms

Private Equity Fund Accounting (Investment Banks, Consulting firm, Private Equity Firms)

- Review NAV packages for accuracy and compliance.

- Lead US GAAP financial statement preparation for monthly, quarterly, and annual SEC filings.

- Assist with close process and financial statement reconciliations.

- Provide compliance reporting (Form PF, ADV, etc.).

- Review management fees, incentive fees, and IRR calculations.

- Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors.

- Manage cash, including capital calls, distributions, and hedging.

- Own internal and external reporting, handling investor queries.

- Collaborate with auditors for timely release of audited financials.

- Coordinate expense and recharge allocations.

- Support tax payment administration.

- Contribute to process improvement and special projects, utilizing Alteryx, Power BI and
