- fund accounting experience for managing following activities - with 7 to 9 years post qualification experience - Location preferably Delhi - Duration - 6 months to 1 year - Joining - within 15 to 30 days The role is primarily review and co-ordination between Fund and Investee companies. He should be well versed with Fund accounting nuances and should have worked on relevant areas. - Review of quarterly asset valuation data received from the investment team and summarizing changes from last quarter - Provision of valuation data of investments / expense accrual & other requisite inputs to SS&C for preparation of quarterly financial statements - Computation of management & other fees charged by the Fund - Review of the quarterly financial statements and allocation of NAV to investors (capital account statements) - Compute projected gross & net returns (IRR & Multiple) of the Fund - Coordination to assimilate all requisite information for quarterly reporting to investors (Valuation data, Manager estimates, asset level information). Work with SS&C to compile complete the report - Review of all final quarterly reports sent out to investors - Respond to investor queries regarding the Fund - Review of capital drawdowns and distributions sent to investors - Preparation of budgets for the Fund and tracking against actual on a quarterly basis. - Monitoring bank accounts, balances, Liaising with banks for KYC refresh requirements/ other compliances - Work with the corporate secretary for statutory compliances and review of all corporate actions / Board meetings of entities held by the strategy - Work with tax consultants to complete all requisite tax filings and other tax compliance - Complete FATCA/ CRS classifications & filings
