Fund Accounting Role - Bank Loans

Candidate need to own service delivery of Bank loan operations, Responsible to comply with the service level agreements, KPI, maintaining and enhancing risk and control environment, driving productivity and process improvement, client satisfaction, employee satisfaction and managing new process transition.

1. Ensure flawless delivery to the client and 100% target achievement

2. Ensure all SLA's and KPI's are met.

3. Monitor the overall execution of the internal projects and the scope of the projects

4. Motivate team and conduct meeting with the team to generate productivity within team

5. Reporting to internal management on various MIS requirement like Weekly error trend, Weekly KPI, Highlights and lowlights in the process, preparation of client level governance pack

6. High interaction with client to understand the perception and maintain good relations

7. Adhere to established operating, risk, and compliance controls and standard operating procedures.

8. Interprets client needs and works to meet those needs, offering assistance

9. Support operations team in Query management for research and resolution.

10. Review check list and provide sign off

11. 1-1 with directs to understand the overall pulse and the issues within team

12. Maintain buffer ratio and highlight resource requirements

13. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
