Fund Accountant - Venture Capital

Job Description:

- Co-ordinating with Fund Accountants / Fund Administrators in various (currently three) jurisdictions

- Ensuring Annual Audit (with valuation) within the set timelines.

- Ensuring timely dissemination of Statutory & other Information, etc

- Ensuring Regulatory & Tax Compliances

- Investor Reporting and Resolution of Investor Queries

- Coordination and getting Portfolio Valuation done through an Independent Valuer on a six-monthly basis

- Dealing with all matters (ascertainment, communication and execution) related to Drawdown and Distribution

- Rationalising / Automating / Streamlining the Process to ensure timely deliverables

- Any other related matters

Candidate should Ideally be:

- Over 5 years of work experience in an AIF (Cat I & II) space in the same function

- Capable to manage a competent team members

- Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
