They give services to Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS) for their structure setups and undertake registrations, operations, and compliances.

They leverage their expertise and employ a tech-first approach to manage an array of clients across the globe. Their current Asset Under Administration (AUA) is approximately USD 700 million.

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- Understanding of KYC norms

- Fund and investor onboarding checklist and process to be followed and then eventually able to upgrade

- Investor onboarding form filling and checking of information through supporting documents as per checklist.

- Making relevant MIS and keeping track of the status from the same

- To develop an understanding of the process from the implementation stage.

- Ability to understand PAN /TAN, scheme & investor bank account

- Dedicated Depository Participant account, agreement by the way trustee and IM, custodian arrangements and KRA KYC.

- Tracking subscription or trade execution process with escalation matrix.

- Submission of SA, PPM, KYCs to trustee and IM post onboarding

Qualification and Experience:

- MBA Finance OR CA OR CFA

- 5 - 8 years of experience
