Fund Accountant - PE/Real Estate Sector - Asset Management Firm - CA

Qualification: CA

Experience: 1+yrs to 8yrs

Role: Monthly and quarterly reporting; working with the Fund administrator team (internally or externally)

- Review of administrator & investment monthly accounting reports, capital call/distribution workings

- Co-ordinate with statutory auditors and tax consultants with regards to fund/SPV audit and tax matters/return filings and collate financial/ investment information required

- Assist in setting up new entity in various jurisdiction and pre-operation work

- Prepare investment funding requests and obtain internal approvals

- Assisting in the quarterly valuation process

- Completing corporate requests, investor questionnaires

- Liaising with counsel, administrators, banks & external vendors on various Fund/SPVs/AIF related matters

- Being involved in operational matters of the fund and Indian AIFs
