Functional Transition Manager - Pharma

BNC is hiring for the position of Functional Transition Manager for Hyderabad location on C2H basis

1. Functional transition manager to work closely with the Client CHC Global process expert to review & execute the transformation and transition projects

2. Breakdown the strategic roadmap and build process and hub wise transition plan

3. Advising Client CHC Global process expert in key areas like process scope, service delivery and running workshops on key operational issues/topics

4. Conduct due diligence workshop along with the Client CHC Global process expert to arrive at a global process design to be followed by all functions, validate head count estimates and draw out the 'As-is' and 'To-be' process flow

5. Support the Client CHC Global process expert in setting the process related metrics, identify KPIs, set performance targets, and implement mechanism to monitor them.

6. Share best practice and drive the fit-gap session to optimize and standardize the process along with the Client CHC Global process expert with regional/local customization as required

7. Review end-to-end process performance and provide ongoing governance for to-be process adoption

8. Post transition, identify process improvement projects

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Must have at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in leading pharma transitions based on the scope provided

2. Must have minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in leading end to end transition activities across geography

3. Preferably PMP or PRINCE2 certified with good communication skills
