- The candidate should hold min exp of 10 years in BFSI and alteast 5 years exp in training.
- People having a salary package below 11lacs should apply.
- Should have a team leading exp.
The key deliverables of this job are to:
1. Analyze training needs for various roles (Relationship Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Manager, Cluster Branch Manager) to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
2. To develop ongoing training programs for various roles (as above) which can be imparted through online channels like tablets and e-learning
The primary responsibilities of this job are to:
1. Conduct training sessions (functional and behavioral) for RMs, CSMs, BMs
2. Ensure RMs, CSMs, BMs, IAs are certified with mandatory certification programs.
3. Evaluate instructor performance and content suitability after every training program
4. Develop testing and evaluation procedures which will help measure the effectiveness of the training programs
5. Discuss with leadership teams in the corporate office and field to identify training needs based on current business objectives
6. Develop and organize training manuals, take away materials post training and other educational materials
7. Train-the-trainer in order to train employees in an easy and cost effective manner
8. Evaluate external and established technical and professional courses and identify suitability to various senior roles like Investment Advisor or senior RMs
