Your key responsibilities:
As a manager, your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Part of ECL New model development, recommendation and approved from the board and auditors.
- Computation of Expected Credit Loss (ECL) as per policy, procedure, and controls for assessing and measuring credit risk.
- Review LGD/PD/EAD analysis. Timely preparation of necessary decks to present at senior meetings. Ensure compliance to Group policies and governance and controls framework and conducting stress testing on the ECL model.
- Developing ECL model in line with recent RBI notifications i.e. COVID General provision and One Time Restructuring (OTR) provision.
- Suggesting and working on different ECL models and coordinating with the audit team for the acceptance of the same.
- Good understanding on BASEL norms, IFRS9 guidelines.
- Implemented framework for early warning signals to identify emerging risks and enabling timely remedial measures.
- Part of team for Application Score Card model based on bureau results Monitor business performance and identify the factors behind risk and formulate policies to reduce and mitigate defaults
- Validating the different products variants proposed by the products team in line with credit risk involved.
- Hind-sighting of cases on sample basis and recommending the policy changes.
- Participating in audit half yearly and annual meetings and reverting on queries raised by the audit team.
- Reviewing existing policy and suggesting timely changes to fit to the credit risk framework.
- Developing Key Risk Indicators dashboard for the portfolio.
- Preparing quarterly Deck for portfolio to be presented to Risk Management committee (RMC)
- Part of the team to define the risk limits for portfolio and Monthly monitoring the portfolio to ensure that business lines operate within the defined risk limits

- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
- Logical and methodical approach
- Strong skills in ECL, Due Diligence , Loan tip & Static poll.
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Master/Bachelors degree and 5 years of working experience in NBFC/FinTech/Big 4
- Good accounting knowledge
- Team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- You have the necessary competencies to perform your job independently while using professional assertiveness
- Project management skills and excel spread-sheeting skills
