SCM Functional Manufacturing Consultant
- Responsible for Material management along with Integration with FI, SD, PP & PM.
- Should have worked in Implementation/Roll outs/ Change requests.
- Managed implementation and enhancement projects from requirement gathering till Go live.
- Co-ordination with Technical team during development of multiple objects.
- Managing multiple assignments in the priority order to meet respective delivery schedule.
- Various skill sets depending on ERP subset.
- Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects- Interfaces, Reports, User exits Conversion and Enhancement of standard ERP functionality.
- MM-Purchasing/Procurement: Hands on experience in configuring Material Master, Vendor Master, Partner schema, Purchase requisition, Purchases order, Vendor management, shelf like check and pricing schemas.
- Inventory Management: Customization in Goods Movements, Cross Company and Intra-company Stock Transport orders using Stock Transport order (STO), Subcontracting, Customer and Vendor Consignment Third Party Orders, Physical Inventory, Cycle Counting.
- Configuration, Unit and Integration testing of Inventory Management Movement Types, Number ranges for material document of Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, shelf-life check for movement types and Stock Transfers- inter and intra company.
- Data mapping for Material Master, BOM from legacy system to SAP, Data conversion and validation.
- MIS
- Any other task assigned by the senior.
- Serve as the hub for support for IT services relating to configuration, monitoring and issue resolution.
- Works on multiple projects as a team lead providing functional and technical leadership.
Qualification And Experience:
1. SCM Functional consultant with 6-10 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
2. Good understanding of the latest industry trends in supply chain and manufacturing-related business processes and practices.
3. Domain experience in managing the Supply chain function of a large organization would be an added advantage.
4. Should have hands-on experience in Oracle PO, OM, Inventory and Discrete manufacturing.
5. Will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise during the user day to day-to-day issues handling.
6. Will continuously evaluate the market opportunities in the realm of Oracle SCM applications.
7. Expected to coordinate with people working in different time zones.
8. Excellent communication skills, expected to work/manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
