Functional Leader - Business Analytics & FP&A - Global Captive Centre in Bangalore

Role & responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing business analytics and financial planning entities.

- Design, develop, own and evolve the data and data integration processes that power our data warehouse platform.

- Requirement Collection, Design, Develop and implement on-premise & cloud DW infrastructure

- Create efficient SQL queries & ETL Mappings using Python/SQL to collect or manipulate data from external applications and the data warehouse

- Provide timely user support, analyze and resolve user issues related to all data warehouse usage

- The role is responsible for measurable productivity improvements and process standardization / automation pertaining to FP&A processes / services in the GCC while developing and managing the GCC talent.

- The role is accountable for supporting the organization's strategic goals and providing the stakeholders with analysis & support to enable better decision making.

- Budget Planning & Strategy Formulation

- Define the objectives and business plans; KPIs & goals to the team members

- Analyse financial statements with management team to recommend actions and - participate in strategic financial planning discussions

- Develop and maintain strong proactive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure coordination & optimal performance

- Work closely with GCC and Global IT team to ensure that global tools are put to use to the maximum possible extent at all time

Desired Profile:

- 18+ years of experience in managing business analytics and financial planning verticals.

- Managed a larger team

- Must have Global Captive Centre / Global Business Services / BPO experience
