Functional Consultant - SAP MDM

Job Description :

- Partner with all Value Stream Global Process Owners, Process Leads, Solution Design Leads and other specialist resources for the data design of the S/4 Global Template end-to-end solution. Represents the Data function on the PGT Design Authority governance council for Change Requests submitted during projects and sustain that may impact Data Standards and Data functionality - Consult/Execute

- Partner with the Data capability delivery teams (i.e. Conversion & Readiness, Master Data Governance) to ensure that those solutions are aligned to the enterprise's strategic objectives for Data, and are aligned to PGT Common Data Framework - Consulted

- Drive critical data strategies in support of the PGT deployments and post go-live sustain, including, but not limited to: Test Data Strategy, Mass Maintenance Strategy, Data-owned Configuration (scope and execution) - Accountable

- Manage PGT Data configuration during project delivery, and ensure effective and accurate documentation of PGT Data Standards in all its forms (KDDs, DDs, Metadata, DQ Rules, CRDs, PDDs) - Accountable

- Support and Lead Data Acceleration initiatives for Project deployments - Consulted

- Actively engage business and IT stakeholders across PepsiCo to evangelize the PGT Data Capabilities & Common Data Framework, understand potential future opportunities, and provide input to solution alternatives for

- optimization, simplification and standardization - Consult / Execute

- Seek out and identify global lift and shift opportunities across the sectors for Data best practices - Consult / Execute

- Onboarding and KT for project resources commencing PGT deployments - Execute

- Participation in Global Data Governance processes to ensure impacted stakeholders across PepsiCo are aware of new or changes to data standards as a result of the Global Template initiative - Consulted

- Experience in a dedicated Data role supporting an SAP-based environment, with broad knowledge and expertise of the core SAP master data domains required: Customer, Vendor, Material

- Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at senior levels of the organization, to set and guide the enterprise Data Strategy

- Minimum 3 full deployment lifecycles experience (from inception to rollout) of the SAP platform (ECC or S/4), in a data leadership role (leading any of data design & standards, conversions, master data management streams).

- Ability to understand complex functional and IT requirements, and be able to identify and offer multiple solution options to facilitate the best outcome
