Functional Consultant - Peoplesoft HRMS

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a Functional Consultant - HRMS Peoplesoft for one of our prestigious clients.

It is a US $41 billion (Rs. 2,50,000 crore) corporation and is in the League of Fortune 500. They have over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. More than 50 per cent of its revenues flow from its overseas operations spanning 36 countries.

Role : PeopleSoft HRMS Functional exp

Reporting : Portfolio Head

Education: MBA (HR)

Job Purpose : To assist in the implementation of group wide HRMS system. (Person should be HRMS technology implementation and solution expert and doing upgrades in Oracle PeopleSoft)

Responsibilities:

- To understand the functionalities of new modules includes compensation and payroll processes in HRMS being evaluated and implemented & chalk out the resourcing & implementation for the same.

- To ensure configuration, technical development & deployment of new modules in line with the implementation plan in all business.

- To Guide & lead the team of hrms projects team members & module consultants for new implementation plans.
