Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant
- This is a functional role similar to Business Analysis/project management/ Change Management on Oracle ERP Systems.
- Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end processes and metadata of systems and data (configuration and hierarchies) supporting financial reporting
- Work cross functionally to share standard methodologies and evolve into a community of practice
- Create implement and measure alignment to a standardised change framework for the efficient and prompt handling of change to ensure the impact of change related incidents and service quality are minimised
- Preparation of full impact assessment and analysis to include impacts on processes systems reporting data and capability
- Managing the portfolio of business as usual changes and small projects within your vertical(s). Understand and challenge the benefits expected from the change(s)
- Create a framework for and input into relevant Governance councils preparing standards terms of reference and other documents to support smooth running
- Provide intelligent tooling to allow capability improvements efficient tracking of change and inquisitive analysis of data.

Operational skills relevant for this job:

Experience relevant for this job:
- Post-Grad Management Acct/consultant with Finance experience
- Sound Finance process knowledge/Understanding
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships that result in adoption of change
- Good understanding of Data Management, controls & compliance
- Experience working with ERP or reporting systems
- Understanding of systems linkages and interfaces
