Functional Consultant - ERP

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and document business processes across CRM, Project Management, and Financial modules of the ERP system.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, projects) to understand their needs and translate them into actionable ERP requirements.

- Work with ERP vendors to develop and implement system enhancements, customizations, and integrations.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.

- Participate in the ERP query desk, troubleshooting user issues and ensuring timely resolution.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or a related role.

- Proven experience working with a leading ERP system (e. , SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).

- In-depth knowledge of core ERP modules, including CRM, Project Management, and Financials.

- Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization methodologies.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for ERP development.

- Experience working with ERP vendors a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP system navigation
