Functional Consultant - Enterprise Performance Management

- As an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) functional consultant, you are responsible for:

- Implement best-in-class planning solutions for forecasting and budgeting

- Interact with Client and Business team on requirement gathering and project implementations

- Develop reporting strategy and MIS reporting packages

- Current state assessment and Fit-gap analysis

- KPIs, Value driver analysis, Driver based planning models

- Zero based budgeting solution and experience with developing budgets (ground up)

- Costing and profitability modeling (ABC, LCC, target costing, etc.)

- Propose the best and quality solutions

- Defining environment strategy for business

- Driving the implementation of the solution and play back the solution to the Business users convincingly

- Design and development of process management in planning

- Evaluating and selecting appropriate tools

- Leading risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality

Required Technical and Professional Expertise (Mandatory requirements) :

- Minimum experience of 5+ years

- MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA or CFA

- Understanding of EPM tools (OneStream, Anaplan, TM1, Board, Tagetik, Oracle PBCS, EPBCS, SAP BPC) (On-premise and Cloud)

- Understanding of ERP (Oracle or SAP)

- Experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry best practices and multiple business processes within the EPM space

- At least 1 end-to-end implementation life cycles, including planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, and change management, go-live and post-production support

- Experience with Financial, Workforce & Capital, Project Planning

- Responsible for all aspects of Planning application implementation including requirement gathering, application design, application configuration and implementation

- Responsible for building best practices within planning, forecasting and reporting processes and implementing new performance reporting, planning and forecasting processes

- Proven expertise in multi-dimensional models, business rules / calculation models, integrations, Smart View, Security and application validation (technical and functional)

- Plan to perform, record to report processes

Additional Information :

- The individual must be a CA or an MBA Finance with a strong understanding of EPM tools.

- Professional degree - CA/CWA
