- Experience in Data governance Maturity model Assessment

- Expertise in Business glossary development, Policy and Processes development

- Experience in architecting a solution for Data governance

- Sound knowledge and experience in Data Discovery, Data protection, Data retention using relevant tools and technologies

- Experience in Data Dictionary building, Data profiling, Data lineage creation, DG workflow development

- Lead the gathering of business requirements for the prioritized epics.

- Architect and present the DG solution that meets customer expectations .

- Work with Change management team to conduct user acceptance and training sessions to ensure solution is well adopted.

- Obtain approvals from stakeholders as and when required.

- To be able build and develop data standards, policies and procedures.

- Implement data governance and data quality methodologies, metrics and data quality tooling.

- Develop effective test plans, execute test cases and document results

- Review defects with technology team and collaborate to find resolutions.
