Job Description

Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate / Assistant Manager Department: PCM

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai

Required Qualifications: Graduate/Masters

JOB DESCRIPTION:

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Candidate should be well versed with: -

- Writing and executing system design documents, functional specs, test cases

- Understand user requirements and articulate the same to the technology team

- Working with technology team and business users for the successful rollout of products and processes

- Managing end to end project implementations

- Meeting client expectations and completion of projects under strict timeframe

- Be able to demo the product

- Be able to conduct internal / external trainings

- Product roadmap that includes - (Reference Data, Reconciliations,

Treasury, Settlements, Trade Booking, Fund Accounting)

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Any Graduate / MBA / CA with 3 - 10 years of experience

- Thorough understanding of various functions in Investment banking/Hedge fund Operations including Trade Booking, Confirmations, Settlements, Collateral management, Reconciliation, Valuation/pricing and Accounting

- Understanding of various platforms and tools used across front, middle and/or back office operations in an alternative asset management setup

- Should have actively worked on large and mid-sized technology projects

- Should have in-depth understanding of SDLC

- Excellent oral, written communication and influencing skills

- Understanding any of below - Advent Geneva / Accounting platforms / Reference Data / Buy Side Treasury / OTC Valuations / Reconciliations / Collateral Management is big plus
