Role: Functional Analyst SAP (OpenText Vendor Invoice Management)

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst specializing in SAP with a focus on OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). The selected candidate will manage and support SAP Finance solutions, specifically SAP FICO and OpenText VIM modules. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless invoice management processes and improving operational efficiency across the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert guidance on OpenText VIM and SAP FICO modules.

- Ensure smooth operation of VIM processes by managing incidents and resolving issues promptly.

- Align SAP VIM technology with business needs, contributing to technology roadmaps and future enhancements.

- Lead the development of functional and technical designs for SAP VIM and FICO implementations.

- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) by maintaining timely resolutions of VIM-related incidents.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop functional specifications and optimize invoice management workflows.

- Facilitate integrations between OpenText VIM and other SAP modules (e.g., FICO) to ensure efficient processes.

- Implement system upgrades, new features, and enhancements in line with business goals.

Experience & Skills:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP S4 Hana Finance modules, with a focus on OpenText VIM configuration and support.

- Proven expertise in SAP FICO and experience in VIM implementations and process optimization.

- Strong background in SAP support and incident management.

- Familiarity with SAP integration tools such as IDocs and related tools like Ariba and Concur (preferred).

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
