Functional Analyst - GST Software

Role. - GST Functional Consultant (This is not mix blend role of Finance and Product and Client Engagement)

Qualification - CA -6 months- 3 yrs exp

Job Location - Vashi, Navi Mumbai ( work from office)

Role:

As a GST functional consultant Jr, you will be coordinating tasks amongst various team members within the Product Development team and other internal teams. You will be responsible for content related research, preparing presentations for webinars and conducting GST webinars and also ensuring all product updates are well communicated to clients and internal teams. You will be preparing and maintaining product user manuals and help content.

Responsibilities:

- Keep track of GST updates and do impact analysis for users and changes needed in software

- Defining business logic, validation rules, process flows etc. For the features and functionalities required in the software.

- Get involved in Testing and quality check-

- Monitor feedback received from customers and prospects

- Work with Product Managers to schedule and track product development roadmap-

- Conduct Webinars, Training, pilot programs with prospects and product demos sessions-

- Interact with stakeholders to keep them informed about the product development progress-

- Support marketing and business development activities by providing content and news and updates in timely fashion. Includes creation of presentations, blogs, videos, user manuals, competitor product analysis etc.

- Prepare content for updates to be shared with customers and internal stakeholders-
