Functional Academy Lead ( Operational Excellence Academy)

Job Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for creating business impact by developing a comprehensive curriculum for all functions (within the span of Product Leadership Academy namely Engineering Research Centre and Product Planning & Programme Management areas) to ensure skill up gradation across the employee value chain

- Provide oversight and leadership to the assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum offerings of the Functional Academy

- Institutionalize the Functional Academy governance process to ensure that the deliverables of the academy are aligned with business requirements in terms of timeliness, quality and speed

- Building strategic partnerships for bringing in external knowledge to add value to the Functional Academy

- Initiate benchmark studies on best practices within the domain of functional capability development

- Identifying & institutionalizing latest learning technologies within the Functional Academy
