- managing leadership hires - networking and engaging with senior candidates, compensation fitment and negotiation, hand holding till joining.
- Designing and built recruitment strategy for their organizations spanning entry-level, middle management and senior level hires.
- help innovate and build a recruitment brand for the organization - both on digital platforms (job portals, job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, Career Site)
- Vendor Management
- create a wow experience for all stakeholders - external candidates, vendors, interviewers etc - so that every stage of the sourcing, shortlisting, selection and feedback process is fair and transparent with automation built-in at every stage.
- up-to-date on industry happenings and should be able to proactively engage with business and HR Business Partner Heads to drive talent acquisition initiatives across geographies / verticals.
- create process notes, manuals etc for various steps in the recruitment process - welcome letter to applicant, offer letter formats, regret letters etc.
- be able to replicate best practices across all recruitment teams and hiring managers
