Client Relationship Management: - Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and positioning our SDaaS solutions to address those needs. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Sales and Proposal Development: - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. - Collaborate with the technical team to create customized proposals that meet client requirements. - Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving sales targets and objectives.
