This is an individual contributor role with focus on the below areas
Prospecting / Acquisition of new SME clients (Working Capital, Term Loan products)
- To develop and manage internal and external referral channels
- To meet customers, collect required documents as per policy
- Conduct due diligence and customer analysis
- Preparation and recommendation of credit approval memo
- Follows through the entire loan process till closure through end to end coordination
Relationship Management of existing portfolio
- Regular Need Assessment
- Minimise portfolio attrition
Revenue Management
- Maintain optimal product mix
- Tracking portfolio yield
- Cross sale & Up sale of products
Portfolio Management
- Regular monitoring of portfolio quality
- Early Warning, Soft Collections
- Compliance to stated processes
- Ensure perfection of charge and collection of deferral documents
Records Maintenance
- Periodic MIS
- Customer Database
- Customer Communication
Marketing & Communication
- Identification of potential segments
- Create Visibility in potential segments
- Organise customer engagement activity
