Fullerton - Relationship Manager - Developer Finance

Purpose of the Job:

- To develop and manage developer relationships for Construction Finance of Projects and Origination of proposals Lease Rental Discounting

- To meet customers, collect required documents as per policy

- To facilitate end to end processing of proposals from origination, approval by Risk team and disbursals

- Relationship management through loan tenor and oversee portfolio quality

Key Tasks:

- Prospecting / Acquisition of new Developer Finance and High Ticket Lease Rental Discounting proposals

- Relationship Management of portfolio

- Revenue Management

- Portfolio Management
