Fullerton India - Relationship Manager - Developer Finance

PURPOSE OF THIS JOB :

- To develop and manage developer relationships for Construction Finance of Projects and Origination of proposals Lease Rental Discounting

- To meet customers, collect required documents as per policy

- To facilitate end to end processing of proposals from origination, approval by Risk team and disbursals

- Relationship management through loan tenor and oversee portfolio quality

KPI :

- Business and Financial Management - Disbursal, Volume,Yield fee

- Customer Focus - Customer TAT, Approval TAT, Disbursal TAT

- Distribution Management - Direct Sourcing / Proposal Origination,Key Channel Management, Relationship Management

- Process / Quality Improvement - Better TAT,key Risk Management Measures,Portfolio Review
