Position : Manager, Human Capital

Candidates with 4-7 years experience in BFSI Domain (Mandatory).

Currently based out of Jaipur.

Education : Any Postgraduate or equivalent

Job Profile: Responsible for entire gamut of Human Resource activities across the State.

This includes the following :

- Adherence to TAT for recruitment

- Hiring efficiency and quality.

- Data accuracy.

- Cost of hiring

- New joinee focus

- Training Delivery

- Employee Engagement Activities

- Alignment with Business / Risk and Collection Cluster Managers

- New hire voluntary attrition

- High performer attrition in the branch

- Completion of PMS and VOE

- Closure on HC backend Operations

Salary Range : 6 - 9 LPA
