Job Description:  - Root cause analysis of inbound complaints and grievances to identify flaws in process/ product and recommend/ implement efficient fixes which mitigate future grievance and dissatisfaction  - CRM and ensure operational implementation of CRM in customer service  - Document and report improvements and changes at appropriate forums  - Technology enhancements for the Contact Center to enable better service, accuracy & efficiency  - Create a knowledge base application for Contact Center, Branch and other stakeholders through process documentation and standardization  - Project management - Short team LEAN/ DMAIC projects which focus on quick and significant delivery  Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge:  - Experience with having handled technical/ application enhancements  - Exposure to LEAN and DMAIC projects  - Process improvement/ Change management  Certification required:  - SIX sigma certified
