Manager – Fulfilment & Warehouse Operations

Role Definition

The company is looking for a Manager – Fulfilment & Warehouse Operations. This is a key operational role and we are looking for a candidate with a good Supply Chain experience – specifically in Warehousing and Logistics experience – to match the company’s growth plans. The key responsibilities of the selected person would be:

- Getting the Operations executed as per the demand profile and meet Customer expectations

- Managing vendor relationships and fill rates from vendors

- Driving down cost to serve with a focus on improved productivity and efficiency in operations

- Managing people and motivating teams

- Track key operational metrics as per strategic plans

Profile Requirements (Qualification & Experience)

- Engineering Graduate from a premier institute with preferably a post-grad in supply chain or operations management

- 6- 10 years of work experience in operations, supply chain and/or logistics functions preferably in high growth FMCG/ Retail Company

- Exposure/Hands on experience to Warehouse Management Systems

Profile Requirements (Skills & Competencies)

- Excellent co-ordination and process management skills required to interface with various stakeholders

- Good communication skills

- Has exposure to Warehouse Management Systems and

- Exposure to Customer to Cash Cycle
