Desired Candidate:
A person who has the knowledge of logistics and supply chain of the ecommerce industry. A results-driven person who thrives on managing end-to-end order fulfilment functions related to inbound, outbound, kitting, wholesale and returns. Has experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders (internal as well as external). You are a person who can forge clear paths through ambiguity and enjoys building a business from 0.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complete order fulfilment cycle including order entry, administration and shipping. Enter and troubleshoot sales orders in a basic configure-to-order environment including software and service.
- Manage and lead multi-site & multi-customer facility partners in the accomplishment of company strategies and objectives through structured planning.
- Understanding of KPI's & KRA in end-to-end supply chain of ecommerce order fulfilment and Escalation Handling.
- Strong sense of data analysis with a business focus to identify defects, trends in end-to-end order fulfilment and Non Delivery Reasons
- Partner closely with the internal development teams and account/brand managers to guide the direction of our product offerings which ensures better visibility to key clients of performance vectors & design customized allocation rules to improve delivery percentages.
- Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs through various reporting systems
- Manage backlog of assigned open sales orders, ensuring that orders flow through the order fulfilment cycle quickly.
- Extremely agile in Stakeholder handling with a root cause analysis mindset
- Deep dive on Client's data to identify key improvement areas with a cost focus from Clients' perspective to ensure the stickiness of the clients.
- Resolve discrepancies and order issues across clients quickly to meet target lead times and participate in producing metrics.
- Strong people management with inter & intra team communications skills. Ideally a Hustler, who can get things done, with little or no supervision.
- Create SOP's & Dashboard's to be followed for order management to increase efficiency in the system.
- Proactively identify and help implement enhancements to order management processes and tools to support a positive customer experience, streamline order processing, and provide scalable solutions.
- Use data to communicate dashboard trends to appropriate individual(s) in a clear and direct manner that drives action.
Desired Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end order fulfilment and e commerce supply chain
- Demonstrated leadership skills like influencing, ownership & stakeholder management ability.
- Should have influential written and oral communication skills.
- Microsoft Suite.
- Should be versatile to wear multiple hats & manage the demands of high-volume operation.
Salary offered: 12-15LPA
