Fulfillment Manager - LOS/LMS APP Development/Digital Lending - Housing Finance Firm

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Understanding of Mortgage Loan life cycle from Onboarding, Processing, disbursement & servicing.

- Experience in working in technology projects in asset products domain

- Support development & implementation of Credit and Operations technology platform

- Monitoring and enriching the applications through third party sources and explore various other APIs which will help in underwriting and taking accurate decisions

- Work in partnership with Technology & systems support team to implement key Credit & Operations application.

- Stakeholder management - Internal Customers - other departments like Credit, Product, Sales, Operations, Technology etc. Interaction with these departments for joint initiatives and key business deliverables

- Experience in modern fintech for LOS or LMS application development

- Drive operational efficiency through automation of credit process and straight through processing

- Participating and contributing in building and maintenance of Score Cards and BRE with exposure to digital lending
