Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, develop hiring strategies, and drive employer branding initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire hiring lifecycle, from workforce planning and talent sourcing to ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
They will leverage social media, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to attract top talent while also focusing on employee retention and development.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess current and future staffing requirements and develop workforce forecasts.
- Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as a great place to work.
- Proactively source and engage top talent to fill current and anticipated positions.
- Manage and oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including interviews, screening calls, and assessments.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to employee retention and professional development efforts.
- Supervise and guide the recruitment team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Also act as Individual contributor in the team.
- With more leverage on getting closure done by the team.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, assessment centers, and other hiring events.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to improve hiring strategies and processes.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com), Business Management Studies (BMS), or an MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong track record in recruitment.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
- In-depth knowledge of selection methods, techniques, and best hiring practices.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms and job boards for talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of role-specific competencies and job responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strategic thinker with leadership capabilities.
- Ability to function as an individual contributor while also collaborating with teams.
