Role: Fulfillment Center Operation Supervisor

Client : China’s biggest electronics company

Experience: 3-7 Yrs

Job Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulation, dissemination and implementation of logistics SOPs

- Defining and improving on key metrics of fulfillment performance in FCs.

- Resourcing 3PL on fulfillment and negotiating with 3PL for new contract

- Designing new fulfillment center

- Tie-up with new logistics partners for orders fulfillment reviewing and optimizing basing on KPI

- Handling day to day Logistics operation activity.

- Leading team to ensure warehouse operation smoothly and physical stock counting monthly with ZERO difference.

- Driving on-the-ground implementation of any system or procedure for the warehouse.

- Budget control and cost monitoring in FCs operation.

Qualifications:

- College degree and related experience in fulfillment centre of e-commerce Company will be preferred.

- Familiar with logistic management business process, with hands-on logistic process management experience

- Highly organized, good communication skills, high energy and goal oriented, and can work independently and under pressure

- Proficiency in WMS and logistic information management system
