- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- AI-powered social media optimization by leveraging AI tools for strategy development, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Data analysis and performance tracking to continuously optimize content strategies, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
- Go-to-market alignment with Marketing and Inside Sales teams, ensuring seamless integration of social campaigns with ABM strategies.
- Community management and audience engagement to foster brand interactions, advocacy, and organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation.
- Own and execute the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and content strategies.
- Create compelling social-first content, including posts, videos, stories, and interactive formats tailored to different platforms.
- Collaborate with affiliates, influencers, and brand advocates to enhance visibility and credibility in the IT/ITeS industry.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring measurable outcomes in brand reach and lead generation.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to continuously refine engagement strategies.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, trend analysis, and audience targeting for social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, sentiment analysis) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Align closely with the Marketing and Inside Sales teams to ensure social media efforts contribute to pipeline acceleration and ABM campaigns.
- Continuously test and implement new content formats, storytelling techniques, and engagement strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Required Skills & Experience:.
- 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
- Proven expertise in B2B & B2C social media strategies, LinkedIn thought leadership, and organic audience building.
- Strong experience in social media content writing, storytelling, and creative campaign execution.
- Should have experience in leveraging AI tools for content optimization, trend analysis, and strategy execution to enhance social media performance.
- Must be adept at using AI-driven content writing tools to create engaging, platform-specific content at scale.
- Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and community engagement.
- Proficiency in paid social media advertising, PPC campaigns, and performance marketing.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience behaviors, and platform-specific engagement tactics.
