Job Description

- Defined scope, policy and procedures for department. Enlarged department strength from 3 to 6 personnel.

- Interfaced with business units, application and systems management, vendor and technical staff in support of business requirements and service level objectives.

- Presented monthly capacity plans to technical management and application managers.

- Developed and implemented scenarios for peak season utilization.

- Recommended/installed capacity management tools.

- Responsible for capacity planning of multiple data centers residing on multiple technologies.

- Responsible for the primary capacity planning of several major Application.

- Led capacity planning transition efforts for new clients

Job Requirements

Total IT experience of 15+ years, with 4-5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager / Delivery Manager

- Must have 5+ years of experience as a project manage

- Must have managed a team of 40-50 consultants

- Must have a solid experience of SAP and must have managed SAP AMS projects, Desired - IS-Utilities

- Experience of managing European clients and international exposure are added advantages
