Looking for candidate with a sound background of delivering and managing the Talent acquisition team. In this role he/she will be managing recruitment team, stakeholders, sharing metrics, process centric.
Job Deliverables
- Closure of all open requirements with Fujitsu, within budget and within TAT
- Seasoned in Talent Acquisition, Account Management, Stakeholder Management, Operations Management, Constructive Dash boarding, Process Excellence & Team Management.
- Driving and implementing various Recruiting processes like demand forecasting & management, Sourcing strategy, negotiations, vendor management, candidate engagement processes, refinement of evaluation criteria, definition of service level metrics etc.
- Driving recruitment metrics (Fulfillment, TAT, Cost per Hire, Offer-Joinee ratio, source/channel mix, company tier mix, Diversity Mix)
- Hands on experience in volume hiring, policy and process design, niche skill hiring.
- Recruitment Delivery/Operations/ Metrics Environment/Volume Hiring/ Demand Planning
- Worked for global MNCs with strong experience in volume hiring. Adapt in both JIT (Just in Time) & Proactive hiring scenarios.
- Well versed in cost-effective implementation, aggressive and creative recruitment techniques.
- Ability to conceptualize, formulates, implement and monitor recruitment strategies as per organization structure, existing capabilities and business plans.
- Instrumental in capability building from talent perspective.
- Ability to handle volume recruiting in a fast paced, structured environment, adhering to strict deadlines and deliverables
- Devised strategic plans on the recruitment front to ensure that all channels of sourcing is cost effective (cost saving to the company)

- 9- 12 years of Talent management experience with a reputed company
- Base location will be Pune
- Team management of min 5-8 members
Salary offered : 10 - 15 LPA
