Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for multiple positions across the company.
- Leverage multiple sourcing platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assess candidates based on role requirements, and facilitate the selection process through effective evaluation techniques.
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and clear communication.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of their teams, draft accurate job descriptions, and define clear hiring criteria and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and best practices in all recruitment activities.
- Stay informed of HR policies and maintain records of recruitment efforts.
- Stay updated on trends in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and the construction industry to ensure the company is competitive in attracting top talent.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and screening candidates, preferably with exposure to the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with job posting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of HR software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a knack for building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a recruitment team while collaborating closely with other departments.
- Experience in the construction or related industry is highly desirable, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, solution-focused attitude with the ability to connect with a wide range of individuals
