Job Responsibilities :

- Established extensive networking relationship with government & public sector authorities.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the construction sector in government and infrastructure projects

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government officials, and industry partners.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.

- Oversee the execution of business development initiatives from inception to completion.

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, contracts, and project milestones.

- Prepare detailed business development reports, proposals, and presentations for senior management.
